Lol... I thought you meant Akane cooking noodle soup...

It will be the first time that I do it so I don't really know what to suggest ^^'. If you don't mind non official youtube channel (because the band don't exist anymore and their official vevo has only two songs...), I would like to hear your throught on Oingo Boingo. Preferably the song Insanity from their farewell live performance, it's on spotify but a live is better with visual ^^. But for a more offical kind of things, maybe some Lacey Sturm, your Ado reaction made me want to make you listen to her if you didn't already know her (she was the lead siger of Flyleaf).

1: Babymetal song "BxMxC" - live or original video. 2:Band-Maid song "Cross" dual reaction (studio + original YouTube live video) - very interesting and beautiful song. 3: Babymetal song & original video "Metal Kingdom" or "Monochrome" performed on The First Take. 4: The song "Bauklötze" from the Attack On Titan anime, German song performed by Japanese singer Mika Kobayashi - very good vocals.

Yeah! I'm glad you're feeling better. I do have another request for a Band-Maid song for you to listen and react to. It's " Wonderland", the official live video. It's another mid-tempo song with an almost jazzy feel to it The song also shows Saiki's vocal range. MISA's bass also gives the song a jazz-loke quality.

Dirty MAIDs :p .

Due to your love of WORLD INSTRUMENTS I think it is time we introduced you to Nini or "Nini Music" who has pretty much dedicated herself to Twitch and YouTube playing all kinds of songs and specifically metal on her collection of instruments. She is Taiwanese and typically covers songs on Liuqin, Ruan, and San Xian. She has become adept at transforming music so it can be played on these instruments as well. I'd suggest Dance Monkey x Gerudo Valley MASHUP so you can see her play more than one instrument. She will often play more than a single part in a song ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWUJbXRoK5w

For fun stuff, how about Ladybaby - Nippon Manju, or anything from Electric Callboy? Band-Maid documentaries: the interview by "Music Gold Rush", Band-Maid band camp, "The Roots of Band-Maid" where the band visits Miku's hometown is pretty funny... For superb musical composition and insane playing: Sokoninaru - Tenohira de Odoru (careful, it might give you brain cramp), or Unlucky Morpheus Cadaver+Redavac (with sheet music) For flute stuff, anything Chinese has flute in it... Lol... Our music practically drowns in flute. How about checking out what I'd consider the video game with hands down the best ost music ever! - Onmyoji. ( Arknights music is pretty darn good too! ) Here's one to start with (has wagakki band vibes): https://youtu.be/HMtN2w4FssI?si=_SZgt9OMGNdgUtV4

Oh ... and to be the best you gotta beat the best ... WOOOOO!!!!

Yes ... and also the Hu.

Ladybaby ... anything with Richard Magarey is pretty wild.

Charles Coleman

Those 2 you just linked and Thrill are the first 3 Band Maid songs I found that wonderful, fateful night! Thrill, Real Existence and then Don't Let Me Down.

Tony

Steam Powered Giraffe - Honeybee, they redid this several times but I think the oldest version (12 years ago) is the best.

Since Oingo Boingo isn't together anymore, I don't see why I shouldn't react to it! I have heard of Oingo Boingo, but have never heard anything by them, I don't think. I haven't listened to much of Flyleaf except for the 1 popular song that was on the radio a looooong time ago! Drop the links! I am happy to do them!

I can’t recommend the band Asterism enough . They are the most underrated Japanese metal band out right now . A power trio of musical prodigy’s . I recommend starting with the M/V Rising moon and going on to Dawn the live version and Church .

Juan Lee

I totally 2nd the Asterism recommendation......saw them in Tokyo last November (she turned 21) and they were frick'n amazing, HAL-CA (Haruka Noma) is an incendiary guitarist....oh and only 21...Wow!!!

Juan Lee

I'd like to nominate Dizzy Sunfist, power pop/punk trio from Osaka fronted by Ayapeta who's what Billie Joe Armstrong would look like if was born as a small Japanese woman with pink hair........high energy and high energy, lol.
