I feel bad for Subaru, but at the same time she's just trying to save face for her grandmother who she loves so much. She's a granddaughter that just really wants to see her grandmother smile.

This episode covers something that I constantly think about - People are so different. We have so much in common, but yet there are things we fight about. Through those fights though, it seems that a majority of the time a good group of friends can work through something silly or trivial. But when it doesn't work, why does that happen? Why do friendships dissolve?

Has something like this ever happened to you and a large group of friends?

Usually, in anime, you get a talent show love confession, but you did the reverse! It was a punk rock band, so that's on brand.

NittPicc, you talked about some traumas from you parents raising you. They probably had their traumas while raising you which were untold. Not from raising you but from their lives. The thing that needs to be realized is that they truly loved you and your brother. The joy all of you had during your upbringing should at the forefront of you memories and when you get together. One word: JOY!

Should totally watch one of their live shows after the anime.

Capt'n Ren

Or at least their newest music video that dropped a couple weeks ago ;)

I understand opening up very slowly and there are things you will never talk about and thats as it should be. Chandler from Friends is close to me. That early episode where weird neighbour dies and they found his school book hits hard.
