It's been too long.

I definitely feel bad that I hadn't listened to DOLL$BOXX in a while, but honestly it made this listening experience fun because it felt like a whole new experience again.

I didn't remember that they had a keyboardist...but I did remember that they sound amazing!

The way both vocalists had different singing styles and the use of bass as a melodic instrument until the end...priceless!

Awww Peanut! It has been a long time. Just to jog your memory, Doll$boxx is: Fuki (from Unlucky Morpheus) with Hana, Oreo , Koga, and Tomo-zo (from Gacharic Spin)

Since the instrumentalists here are basically Gacharic Spin from 2012, yes they can all sing (minus Koga, who claims she is tonedeaf which I do not believe for someone who is as good at an instrument as she is). It's also why the drummer (Hana, who is now playing guitar in Gacharic Spin) can sing. She was (together with keyboardist Oreo) turining into one of the two vocalists in Gacharic Spin at the time after their original vocalist Armmy left/was let go. It's actually how they came to work with Fuki the vocalist here, back then in Light Bringer and Unlucky Morpheus (she still is). She helped them out during a couple of sets after they lost their vocalist. Edit: Black Survival (the live video) is from the same concert as this one I believe (unless HomeGnome has a newer version on his channel). The band is somewhat still active, but since it's a sideproject it took from the concert you just watched (2018) until last year/begin of this year to perform again during the Gachabox tour they did with Gacharic Spin and Doll$boxx. And since Gacharic Spin is currrently on hiatus, it's hard to tell how early they are going to make music again. But who knows, Fuki had Doll$boxx on her twitter account the whole time and they seemingly had fun during that last tour so I assume it's not completely done yet.

Here's what I had written in my request for the same song this month 😂🤣: "When the original lead singer of GS left the band in early 2012 they needed someone to come in and help them finish their current tour - one of those that helped was Fuki (who you've seen in Unlucky Morpheus as well as prior Doll$boxx reactions) and they enjoyed working together so much they decided to form this side-project. So as a reminder the members are: Tomo-zo - Guitar (band leader for Doll$boxx, whereas it's Koga for GS) Oreo - Keys and vocals (yes it's her with another look again - some have termed her Dark-Oreo 😂) Koga - Bass Hana - Drums and vocals (not guitar, or EWI...) Fuki - Vocals (and lyrics - music is all from the GS members) And this is prior to Angie or Yuri joining GS."

On the flip side, I get a bonus request and the reaction was still great even if you didn't recognise anyone! They do look very different, and you haven't seen any GS from this early - although I did think you had it down at least that the members were mostly the same 😂

Here's the Black Survival version from the Gachaboxx tour in Jan this year but its not my upload - its from the encore of the GS show so they're in GS attire rather than DB outfits - p.s. Fuki and Koga have said about performing together again on social media but I imagine we'll have to wait quite a while.... at least the show is available on Blu-ray now - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S17RtwRTamI
