Did I call it from the last episode?! I am so glad that I am obsessed with health, medicine and the human body enough to know basic things like this!

I knew that honey was bad for babies, but I always thought it was bad in that it made babies sick but I didn't think it would kill them. Also, poor Lady Ah-Duo. Losing her uterus must have been traumatic. Post peripartum hysteretomy's aren't common unless something went wrong during child birth.

Also...I said last episode that Lady Ah-Duo looks a tad similar to Jinshi, and Maomao went and said what I was thinkin'! DUDE! I'm on a tiny roll!

Breadcrums....breadcrums everywhere. Every little detail is important in this show.

To be more clear about what Maomao theorized. IF the babies were swaped, that would make Jinshi the son of the current emperor and Ah-duo, raised as the brother of the current emperor, son of the late emperor and the empress dowager. So that would make him someone who would have known Ah-duo his whole life either way, since she was already a concubine and friend for the current emperor. So Jinshi crying because she leave would make sense, if someone you know your whole life like the partner of your brother and friendly with you, left. Now, other thing that you can extrapolate, we've seen that Ah-duo and Lishu have kind of a mother/daughter bond, and we know that the emperor don't really visit Lishu even if he had taken her as concubine. We also know that Ah-duo and the current emperor were raised together, are childhood friend and for a long time, that Ah-duo were the only concubine of the current emperor (even if the emperor kind of like to do the deed as Gyokou and Li Hua seem to insinue), so we can imagine he was really fond of her. It's not so far fetched to imagine that the current emperor have taken Lishu as concubine as a favor for Ah-duo but maybe because he also have kind of a fatherly love to her.

All those beautiful flowers at the beginning of the intro song, I wonder which ones of them are deadly . . .or life saving!

Botulism is caused by the same toxin used to create Botox, only when ingested instead of immobilizing specific targeted muscles to reduce wrinkles, it's causing internal paralysis blocking muscles or even nerve endings. In severe cases, the toxin can block nerves controlling the respiratory system or heart potentially leading to death. It's difficult to diagnose as well, especially in babies who can't articulate issues when something's wrong.
