Sorry for the late episode! I recorded this morning, so it's fresh off the press!

I loved this episode!

I know I said that I saw myself in Sawa-chan, but then seeing how crazy she was I took that back really quick...

This episode brought that feeling back. I feel like her when it comes to having to hide her past self. My students who dress punk, goth and alt constantly tell me that I wouldn't understand what it's like to be "them."

I try really hard to not be the "parent" kind of teacher, but I do tell them that I do get it. That's when I tell them I was the goth, punk, and alt kid in school. I dressed different and looked like I didn't fit in, but the dunny part was I didn't care what style of clothing my friends wore or what kind of music they liked. I was open to everything. That's what life is it's all about...to me at least!

So...as an adult I hide my past. I put on the mask of a teacher at school, and then put of the other masks when necessary.

This is one of my favorite episode just for Sawako finally snapping and enjoying herself behind the guitar and mic. How not to fall for her ^^. But what I love too, is how the girls are into it, we saw Mugi making Yui looking at Azusa because she is so into it, but Mio and Ritsu were the same, I think the girls do love Sawako and maybe tease her a little because they know her, but they truly respect her and seeing her perform only make their respect grow. As for your question, I'm approching the 40's and still watch anime/cartoon, read comics and manga, play video games and other stuff that are "for kids", I still feel like a teenager sometimes even if I know I'm an adult, but I don't want to lose it either. Adult who lose their inner child are just sad in my opinion (and drawing, writting and creating universe, still having my inner child is a big help too). I use to hide some part of myself (and still do irl being queer but not out yet), but I learned to not concer myself with what other think of what I love, if I love something, I will say it even if people look at me weird, being weird is awesome and I prefer being weird than fit the mold, even if I know that sometimes, it is more appropriate to be... quieter in a way (especially if you work with peoples).

It's awesome when teachers can show the kids how cool they were . . . and still are!

I really love that little scene with the girls at the food stand at night. It has such an exceptional comfy quiet mood to it that I adore. That part where Yui is staring at Norimi playing her guitar, and then she gets it back, feels some kinda emotion, and plays it herself is such a good moment. I'm not entirely sure what she was feeling in that moment. Perhaps a bit inspired seeing someone that cool play her guitar.... Also still being in the first half of my 20s I DEFINITELY still don't feel like an adult
