A real hero isn't defined by only his ability to slay demons and conquer darkness in the world.

A hero helps those in need even if it's the smallest deed. A hero sets an example for those around them to do the same.

I am just going to cry this entire season...

Konomi Kohara who in this episode voices the little village chief is always a welcome addition to the cast. Her voice is unforgettable. The music in this episode is awesome. All the show OST is great, but the playful tunes in this episode is one of my favorites. Stark's brother is named Stoltz which means Pride.

The hallmark of great storytelling is the ability to touch the reader's emotions. That Frieren has the ability to bring these emotions out in every episode is a testament of the great writing and visuals of this show.

You are probably going to want to keep tissues nearby for the rest of the season. Hmm, there is that ring again. I wonder what it means?🤔

The writing for this show is top notch. You get emotionally invested in these characters right from the start.

You have to remember the whole reason frieren went on this journey was to remember himmel and get to Humans more …it will have more flashbacks..it will invoke emotions

I am really enjoying rewatching the show with you. It does have a way of really touching your emotions. I am glad that I was one of the ones urging you to watch this show. I understand what you were saying about your brother. My brother and I drifted apart for awhile, but we are closer than ever now. Sadly, what brought us back closer together was his wife's illness. I would call him every week, sometimes more. There is nothing I would not be willing to do for him. It is great to have connections, I agree.
