Poor sweet little lady Lishu. I looked up her potential age within season 2 and apparently she is only 15 years old.

Think about what you were like when you were 15. At 15 I was trying my best to be trusted. I wanted all my teachers and adults in my life to believe that I was competent. I wanted to find my place in the world, and then things would happen that would remind me that I was A KID.

Lady Lishu is a child that seems to be recognized by the "emperor" as a child and is left alone. Her lady's in waiting are adults. They should know better than acting like the actual child in this situation!
