I was taught while I was working on getting a music degree focusing on education that a good teacher will pursue education even after they have earned their degree. A good teacher will keep learning to make sure their students get the best education possible.

I feel like Koro-sensei is a good example of that in this episode.

I felt bad for Koro-sensei when he felt like he let his students down. This is how a good teacher will feel when their students don't do well when they try.

I'm STILL on Koro-sensei's side!

Yep, the show start wih instaling Koro-sensei as the villain, but after this episode, you can not not think of Koro as a good person and the headmaster as the vilain, well, I would say that the whole school is the villain (teachers and other students included), but since they were designed by the headmaster, it's all the same. You get another crumb of Koro's past, when the headmaster said that he was trying to be a hero before becoming the villain, that just show that deep down, Koro always wanted to do good, it the circonstence that made him who he is now, but you will discover it when the time come.
