I know you guys told me not to get my hopes up for the best date ever, but guys...

THIS WAS THE MOST PERFECT DATE EVER!

I know that the date seems a little disappointing, but even Fern said it herself that she loved that he took the time to learn about her from Frieren so he could do his best to make sure she had a good time.

...also...the FIGHT! I'm all girl squeals in this episode!!

Regarding non-pruny Frieren in the Hot Spring (nerd alert): Pruning fingers is an evolutionary adaption that is meant to increase grip in wet situations. If you have a certain type of nerve damage in your hands, your fingers will not prune (or conversely they might prune when not wet). All that to say... maybe elves did not develop that evolutionary trait :)

I don't have a lot to say (and i'm pretty tired, it's 7pm and an half here when i wrote this), but yep, even if it wasn't perfect, it was. This is their first date and neither of them have experience, but they both are willing to try and that the most important, plus, they both enjoy being with each other (and Stark finally found Fern cute, yipeee). Also, yeah, i said it in season 1, but how could we not fall for Himmel 😊.
