Withdrawals are hitting me hard.

I had an itch that needed scratched and I figured you guys would be the crowd to share this with.

I have read comments from my last video and I absolutely love this community.

I want to thank all of you for the helpful information needed before the concert and for all the helpful tips on how to make sure I had a good experience. Listening to BAND-MAID makes me feel like I'm closer to the band and closer to all of you who have accepted me into this community.

I already need part 2 right now!!

Seeing Band Maid live changed how I view them, and I love them. There is something about that experience that deepened my appreciation for them. I said it earlier that I had a feeling you would fall in love with them more and I believe that happened - your excitement watching this Okyjui gives that impression. I think there may end up being 4 parts to this, as the show has 23 songs - going to be fun watching along :). Watching live performances, especially more recent ones, has me excited for the Budokan shows. I'm sure Saiki will come up with an amazing setlist. FYI Lovebites is taking 2027 off from live shows as well. BTW, I'll keep saying get that passport.

The sound was so well mixed! Almost as good as being there!

Not a single day without the Maids! Once they get under your skin, it’s for life.

Band-Maid is a niche band because their music is niche. Hard rock is far from the level of popularity it enjoyed in the 70s. Ado is a cultural phenomenon as much as she is a singer, also because of a type of music that is frankly more accessible, and her appeal among young people is enormous.

The background is from the Epic Narratives album cover. My daughter and I saw them for the first time in NYC. We are going to Budokan next month. I was in the front in NYC so not sure Budokan can top 1st time being "right there".

While I love seeing Band-Maid at relatively small venues. I would love to see them live at a massive show like this. Big stage, big sound, big lights, these five young women are made for settings like this. I truly hope in 2028, they will play in much larger venues like this.

Recently, I have become infatuated with Atarashii Gakko. I know they are not musicians buta choreographed group with a backing track, but their shows are fun as hell and they perform with an attitude, which I think you might like. All four members are great dancers but good singers as well. I hope you get a chance in the future to watch them on YouTube, especially their performance at Lollapalooza 2026 Festival. The group had that crown in the palms of their hands.

NittPicc, If you come to Atlanta, I live here. I could give you pointers about where to stay, what to see and do while here. If you wish to travel to Japan, there are several people who can help you there. One name, you should contact is Eric Ifune. Eric is an amazing resource to have for information on anything Japan and especially ALL the j-rock bands there. He is definitely on-line. He was the guy with the red Band-Maid jersey at the Dallas show and the man who helped the person who passed out. Go on Facebook and reach out to have him as a friend. Ryan Mear, Peter Lim, S.J. Nix and I can vouch for him. He's a solid guy to know.

You are referring to the 2017 Studio Coast okyu-ji. I've said it before in comments, this okyu-ji has the best audio and video of any recorded live concert I have seen. I am 71 and have seen a lot of recorded concerts. I have seen most of the recorded Band-Maid okyu-ji's, and the Studio Coast is my favorite!
