I love watching Karasuno play, but I love when we get some more character driven episodes.

Tsuki asking how to block a taller and stronger player was a big move for him.

Tadachi finally serving the ball over the net with an immediate dead drop was so satisfying to see. I have been waiting for him to succeed with that serve!

I cannot wait to see what Tsuki and Tadachi have to give the next few games!

They continue to add skill and confidence. Tsukki is the introvert but hostinate type whose fighting spirit just awoke! I also like Oikawa: he's silly and sharp at the same time, plus he is able to play psycological games...this is why he doesn't like Ushikawa at all, which seems plain and untouchable in his mindset.

Better late than never, Tsukishima has found his motivation! I love the look that Coach Ukai gave him when he asked how to improve. Now that Tsukki has found some drive, let's see how far it'll take him! I loved the humor in the scenes before the game. Who could have known that the most dangerous place at a volleyball tournament is the men's bathroom? "Fly High" by Burnout Syndromes is such a banger! This is actually the first opening theme they've done for the show. The other openers so far have been from Spyair (1st half of Seasons 1 & 2) and Sukima Switch (2nd half of Season 1). Burnout Syndromes will do 2 more opening themes for Haikyu after this, and they're all really good! Karasuno vs Johzenji next! The competition is only going to get tougher from here!
