Happy New Year! (It's not too late to say that right? If it is pretend I just 'sup?' and lowered my sunglasses a bit, ie. a very cool greeting)

To start the year with a bit of honesty, I'll admit it, I like drama in my basketball. I have been known to call mid-game fights "the best part." But I would not want Shaq to hit Pat Riley. No offense to the coach but like, if Shaq had hit him it would all be over. The whole great basketball experiment would be over. Riley's bones would be dust, the NBA would disband and we'd all start watching competitive rose growing competitions instead.

And Pat Riley knew that, it's a 62-year-old vs a 300 pound elite professional athlete! YET Pat Riley still got face to face with the angry giant, yelling so much spittle was flying from his mouth to Shaq's face. Two guys who won a championship together were mad enough to burn it all down in one Miami Heat practice. Imagine the beef it would take to get us there.
