I was wondering, should it be okay if I make labor and birth content guys? If so, which character should I make first? Or which characters are currently popular?

How about Konata?

While I'm not a big fan of birth/labor, it should be fine if enough people want it. Maybe as a separate variant or something for some art? Regardless, so long as you're having fun making the art, that's the big part I should think. As for characters, I'd probably suggest Wendy from Fairy Tail, she's always a cute pick!

Honestly, I don't like birth content. If you want to draw it, go right ahead, but I won't partake at all. Probably not what you want to hear, sorry 🙏🏼
