SPOILER BELOW! If you're confused about how to access the 3 new scenes, you can follow the steps below:

V0.7 BetaTo access the new scenes, you need to complete the following quests:

Complete Owen's intelligence path until he tells you that he's the mayor's son.

Complete the Main Quest.

You must be a teacher.

Obtain a laptop.

Once you've completed these story elements, go to the principal's office, where you'll meet the mayor.

Call the detective.

Meet the detective on Sunday.

Talk to the principal again.

Talk to Derek.

Have breakfast with your son.

Talk to Derek again and choose whatever option you want.

Wait for a week.

Talk to the principal again (you can only choose the corruption path for now).

Call the detective and meet him on Sunday at the coffee shop.

Sleep and check the news on your laptop.

Talk to the principal again (choose whatever option you want).
