Thanks for the reaction =) I kept wondering how a story as deranged as Dollmaker would be as an animation for 70/90 minutes. I mean there are some pretty disturbing comic books with him, but the animation and voices gives it something different. I also think you're right. Although the parallels between Bruce's childhood and Damian's childhood are good as they show different strengths of a characters backstory they had a better beginning and end. The beginning scared me and I was like, yep, put this on my wishlist of things to request for an EP reaction =) Damian is actually (I think because it does get a little confusing) the fourth Robin (or at least the first male Robin as I think a character Stephanie may have been Robin before him)) Dick Grayson is the first Robin and the most well-known. Jason Todd was the second (and probably my favorite inching out Nightwing) but he was blown up (as on the Under the Red Hood and it was actually that at the time of the comic book being written people could call in and say whether they wanted Batman to save him or not and they voted that they did NOT want Batman to save him O_O) and then there is Tim Drake. Last is Damian Wayne who is Bruce's son with Talia Al Ghul (she had kind of a lackluster depiction of her on Dark Knight Rises played by Marion Cotillard and of course Raj Al Ghul was played by Liam Neeson in Batman Begins ((Christopher Nolan's Batman movies are my favorites)). Anyway, I'm happy there were a lot of parts that you liked in the movie, the image you put was like are they reflective of the movie or are they like, this sucks and I can't follow the story as well. Last of all, when you mentioned the characters being drawn the same JRabbit (which I agree with but I am steeped in comic book lore) and you said, even Darkwing I can't figure him at all. And I'm like, huh? Darkwing...Duck?
