I get David's stressed about his dad, work and about becoming a father, but I think he should be talking to his wife, not hiding out at a bar continuously. Zoey probably should have kept saying talk to David, but Emily is persuasive and doesn't seem to take no for an answer, plus she was assuming he was having an affair, if you keep saying talk to David after that it kind of makes it seem like your confirming an affair. I feel like Zoey was in kind of a bad place there. I thought this was a decent episode, still not one of my top yet, as I was kind of talking about in my comment I made on the previous episodes. They I think went for actors over singers in this show, although some can really sing, like Emily, you didn't hear her sing much in the show as of now but I think she sounded great in the duet with David, he's not the strongest though. I think Leif can sing and so can Simon, Zoey's dad can sing to, I think. Also Mo can highly sing as can Zoey but she's the one who sees the singing, she doesn't do the singing, aside from the second episode opening scene, where people always think Jane Levy is not actually singing, but she is. The love story side of things in the show is, interesting, the fans really did care about the love story but a lot of the vocal fans they were for Max, because Simon is engaged, some understood that Zoey and Simon connected over their shared grief of their fathers and there was definitely a passionate fan base for Simon, but like I said the louder ones were for Max. Me, while I like Simon as a character but am heavily against cheating, so I was not for Simon and even though everyone was talking about Max, I wasn't caring much about that side either, I mean so far we've had 2 love declaration songs from him to Zoey, that he's not even aware she knows about and nothing much from her to him, aside from maybe some mild unsureness after he started dating Autumn, but so far her response to his songs were no, that's bad he's my friend. Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.
