You say this episode didn't age well, I say I didn't like it when it first aired. I looked up the episodes after I commented on the last episode and I was like oh, right the Anthony Anderson episode's next, I didn't like that one, but I do like Anthony Anderson. I don't necessarily know if I agree that the whole thing was cringe, some of it was mocking and sarcastic, kind of knowing it was being cringe and doing it on purpose, but then a lot was also actually cringe. Interestingly enough I don't criticize it to much because I have seen current modern cop shows do hip hop/rap episodes not that differently from this. I did like the stuff with Logan in this episode, I much like Jrabbit am not necessarily the biggest fan of Logan and his attitude, but this is the first episode where I really started liking Jason Dohring's acting, you could feel the rage behind his dialogue, even the moments he was making jokes and was acting like he wasn't taking things seriously. Also, side note Keith wearing the old fashioned detective jacket, 1. Why wouldn't you, your a private investigator just embrace it and 2. This show, like I've mentioned before is part old fashioned noir detective show, part teen show, so they definitely like to do the old fashioned stuff.
