Pip is 17 year's old. She is also, although never fully, officially confirmed, autistic, hence her hyperfixation on the case, her heavily focused idea of what is right and her focus on logic and matter of fact way of thinking. When I was watching the first episode, I was thinking, I wonder is Pip autistic and looked it up and it is heavily believed that she is. Not everything in this show if from Pip's perspective, like seeing Andie walking on the street with the blood on her head, Pip wasn't there for that, just like she wasn't there for the van argument, that was just something we were seeing. Also, there will be answers to a lot of your questions Jrabbit as the show goes on. Also, not going to lie, did not get great vibes from 24 year old Max and his getting Pip to drink in his basement and his what are you going to do for me comments. I do think this show has a bit of a slow build vibes, but I think it's solid, and I liked Emma Myers as Pip, I think she did a great job. Also, I would highly recommend watching the opening credits for the episodes, it uses different songs and sets the vibe for the episode. Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.
