NYC Apartment [CC] | 2Bdr & 2 Bth | Tray Files (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I just finished building an amazing new apartment inspired by the vibrant style of New York City. This place has everything you could want for your Sims:

🛋️ 2 Bedrooms: Spacious enough for any Sim family or roommates.

🚿 2 Bathrooms: Say goodbye to those morning queues—you can freshen up quickly after a busy day.

🎬 Entertainment Room: Kick back and relax with a movie night or challenge friends to a game of chess.

🍳 Huge Open Kitchen, Dining & Living Area: Entertain guests in style with plenty of room to cook, eat, and socialize.

💼 Modest Home Office: Get some work done or surf the web without ever leaving the comforts of home.

Take a virtual tour of this chic and functional apartment in my latest video.
