Aristocratic Estate [CC] | 7Bdr & 9Bth | Tray files (Patreon)

Hello, Simmers! 🏰✨

I'm excited to share my latest creation with you - a stunning mansion designed for an aristocratic family in Willow Creek.

This massive estate features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms each with its own unique charm:

A luxurious master bedroom.

A cute pink-themed room for the little princess of the family.

An art-inspired bedroom for a teenager who loves to paint.

A cozy book lover's retreat with a reading nook by the window.

Guest rooms for visitors.

And, of course, quarters for the staff.

The lower level is packed with amenities:

Basketball court for some active fun.

Thermal hot spring to relax after a workout.

Billiards table for friendly competitions.

Wine cellar for connoisseurs.

Home theater for movie nights.

On the main floor, you'll find:

A grand ballroom with a dance floor.

Spacious kitchen perfect for hosting dinners.

Office space for those who work from home.
