WIP | Torendi Tower Penthouse [CC] | Part 1 Exterior (Patreon)

Hello everyone! I have finally completed the exterior of my new project and I want to share some photos with you all. It has been a while since I've created penthouse projects in San Myshuno, specifically on the Torendi Tower lot. So here it is!

This time we are looking at a four-story penthouse with CC. I'm still undecided about how many bedrooms there will be, but for now, I'm planning for 4 bedrooms on the upper floors. On the very bottom floor, you'll find a gym and spa area. The main level houses the kitchen, living room, and dining space.

As you can see from the pictures, outside there's a pool, grill area, hot tub, as well as a meditation and yoga zone.
