I just started editing book 6 and going through chapters one by one. And I've realised how bad that first draft was. So many run-on sentences or sentences that just aren't good. So many missed opportunities for world-building.Anyway, Chapter 1 is done. 19 more to go. With epilogue. And another... however many scenes to add. Thanks again for everyone who read the book in it's raw form. I have a feeling you'll enjoy the edited copy so much more.

The actually Story is good the Editing is just Details that are easily fixed with some time.

This is why I always read the edited version. Editing is super helpful to the process, and look forward to the final product. I don’t judge you too harshly for the first draft issues... so long as you fix them :)

Its just the first draft. Wasn't expecting final draft quality and you did mention you dont edit till after you was finished.

It's true. It's also funny in that chapter 1 and 2 seem to be literally the worse in terms of line edits. On chapter 9 now, and while I've added a few scenes and still occasionally hit blocks of horrible writing, it's nowhere near as bad. Writing is weird.
