Hi all ~ Jenn here

We're doing a poll to figure out if we want to change how weekly preview chapters are posted.

Currently chapters are posted on Tao's website and have a password to log in. What Tao is considering is posting the weekly chapters directly on Patreon as a post - if you've read Climbing the Ranks it would be set up like those posts. Chapters would be posted directly to Patreon which would include the A Thousand Li book 7 chapters (going forward). This change would only be for how you will access and read the chapters and will not affect the posting schedule, tiers, or anything else.

Thanks!

Good timing since I've been thinking about making a post on discord asking if the chapters could be posted straight on Patreon. It's just a smooth user flow to read the chapters that way. You can click on the Patreon app notification (phone) or read it straight in your email. The ones posted on Taos blog bugs me. Aside from it being an extra navigation away from going to the Patreon post, the password submission never works for me the first time. It takes me to a white screen and I have to click back and re-enter the password. That's a minor effort on my computer because I can copy and paste the password twice. On my phone, the Patreon app doesn't let me select and copy text so I always have to type it in twice. Anyway, my 10 cents is for putting it on Patreon 😎

Seconded on password not working the first time. A minor frustration, but if you are bingeing chapters, it becomes a larger one.

Is one way faster than the other? I see the new chapters show up on the website quite early in the day, but patreon links lag behind.
