Are you reading Climbing the Ranks?

For the new year, the plan is to release the series Climbing the Ranks as a serial subscription and currently trying to determine if chapters should continued be shared on Patreon as well.

I thought about reading it. But without a summary to get a general idea what it's about outside a tower climber. I have no desire to.

It's on my to read list, I generally don't start first books over patreon subscriptions. I'll generally read the first book after they are released between the various series I am already following, if the first book hooks me I generally read the subscription releases religiously.

Cultivation/LITRPG plus Malaysia plus alternate future with towers and powers. Climb the tower to get powers and get stronger the higher up you go. Honestly, it's not bad but the character is pretty atypical

It reminds me a lot of a current running story on royal road, and I want to read it - I read 20 chapters then stopped when there were only 20 chapters… I don’t know how to feel about it. I like the ideas in it. I like tower climbers with cool ideas, so I will read it at some point, but it isn’t a must read for me now, like the system apocalypse or thousand li stuff is

Richard

I'm actively reading, but not yet hooked. It's more that I'm waiting to see where you're going with it assuming that at some point I will get hooked. This is my first time reading a series I'm not already invested in as a serial.

John Plaisted

Personally, I'm waiting till the first book is done before I start reading a new series.
