So S.Coups took a break for about 6 months if i remember correctly (?) due to his mental health. He suffered from anxiety for quite a long time and he had to go on hiatus during their world tour in 2019 (it was shown in their Hit The Road series and it was so heartbreaking). Anxiety and depression is not something that can be healed completely so i hope he's at least not being harsh on himself right now. Not only S.Coups but almost all of them struggled a lot during their 2019 world tour (both mentally and physically, if you have time you can check out Hit The Road for more information), after that they seemed to realize how important it is to work out and take care of their health.

It's so nice that you reacted to the episode as a set since last week! The muckbang show that Jeonghan mentioned in the cookie can be seen as an episode of "Pie in the Sky." That episode has only one video, so you can watch it quickly!

true. anxiety is not something that can be healed completely. I am also still trying to deal with my own anxiety. It is good for the members to really take care of their health.
