Do Your Welcome/Exit Surveys If Can!

I just realized my Welcome Survey was turned off for a long time, and I recently reactivated it. Whenever you join as a new member or decide to cancel your membership, please state your reasons why.For the Exit Surveys, your complaints and criticism must be reasonable and valid. And most importantly, don't be rude or aggressive!I also know many members' mother language isn't English, but please translate them into English so I can go through each one easier.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Payment Problems? Say It Here!

Cancelled Members, Give Me Your Reason Of Cancellation!

It's a bit ouchie to see 1765 cancelled members throughout the journey, and how I should've had 589 paid members if I'd kept up the good work.
