  This version of blender is not compatible with previews versions in terms of curve hair, if you import it in preview version, they will simply not show up.

ADVICE

• You can hide the tie mesh and disable it for render if it isn't already done in the file, however, do not delete it.

• If you are used to move your character in object mode too, do not forget to parent your the scalp of the hair with your armature (Ctrl P> Object keep transform)
