Cynthia (Shirona シロナ) was being reported missing since she last seen around Sinjoh ruins, presumably due to her recent research regarding ancient pokemon legends and their mysterious connection between various things, including the past history of two distant, separated regions

It has also been reported that in the past, a number of researchers from the now-disbanded Team Rocket were sighted in the area. The Sinjoh Ruins hold a unique significance, serving as a link between Cynthia’s Sinnoh region and Team Rocket’s operations in Johto

It is known that they are already disbanded nowadays, one of many reasons possible is due to their previous leader Giovanni mysterious disappearances, and lots of people efforts to stop them altogether. However, remnants of their old research can still be found scattered among the ruins nearby. One can find some small broken, leftover equipment, and tattered notes filled with cryptic data, hinting at their dark history, presumably just like what they did in Cinnabar Island, which leads to Mewtwo creation and tragedy

With reports of mythical Sinjoh Ruins and Team Rocket mysterious resurgence, the protagonist sets out to investigate it, to prevent another unethical experiment from happening — one that could possibly rival the tragedy of Mewtwo. Rumors suggest that some part of the ruins might be concealing one of the organization’s secret bases, hidden deep within the Johto part in Sinjoh Ruin Complex

As a former Sinnoh Champion, The Protagonist can easily navigates through the ruins, bypassing their mischievous traps and stuffs. Strangely, not a single Team Rocket grunt is seen nearby — perhaps because their numbers are fewer, or maybe they are gathered deeper within the ruins, occupied with their own sinister agenda

Yet, something feels... off. An eerie tension lingers in the air, growing heavier with every step deeper into the ruins

And then, at the one of presumably deepest part of ruins — The Protagonist comes face to face with a figure who looks strikingly familiar...

Brainstorming stories can be fun, even though its time-consuming, especially when weaving each different parts into one whole thing

As since you always know, I disliked half-baked story, and will try to relate some essences as closely as possible to the original story

Nevertheless, its one of beginning parts, and looks like I'll settled it down for this one Pokemon alternate reality, so please looking forward to it!
