Hello everyone!

The Cobra Raptor Hybrid is now available!

This model features a unique creature that combines the speed and agility of a velociraptor with the lethal power of a cobra. Its body, covered in detailed features and with an imposing expanded hood, highlights its aggressive appearance. It also includes multiple points of articulation.

This model can be printed in three versions:

📂

3MF Printing Files:

Optimized for multicolor printers, allowing every detail of the design to stand out. This version also does not require glue for assembly.

STL Files for Printing and Assembly:

A version with separate parts, ideal for printing in different colors and assembling afterward. Suitable for printers without a multicolor system.

STL Files for Fast, Glue-Free Printing and Assembly:

Designed to be printed in a single material, a single color, or with multicolor PLA. This version is easier and faster to assemble. It includes a connector to secure the lower part, eliminating the need for glue and making assembly more practical and convenient.

Before printing, remember to check the included “3D Printing Parameters” file.

Thank you for your support! Enjoy printing the articulated Cobra Raptor Hybrid!

I downloaded the PDF. When I click on the like it takes me to a page with no files. Is anyone else having an issue? Update: was not working on the Macbook but when I tried on my PC I was able to download.

Will it have a belly without a pin attachment?

The PDF link should redirect you directly to Google Drive. It might be a compatibility issue with your device or browser. If you’re still having trouble downloading it, feel free to message me privately and I’ll be happy to help you resolve it.

If you don’t want to use the BellyConnector on the lower part or “belly,” you can mix and match the versions. All three versions of the model are compatible, so you can easily swap parts. You can use the pinless belly with any of the other versions. The pinless belly can be found in the folder “Files for printing and assembling (STL)”. This way, you can combine the body and belly from this version with the others to get a version with a pinless belly.

Honestly this is one of my favorite designs you've made. Really unique, and I hope you flex your creativity with some other hybrids in the future.

Just finished my first Cobra Raptor @ 125 percent. I can't say how much I love this one. Your effort to improve your models shows. The engineering of the connecting pieces is incredible. The detail is amazing. I do wish the pin for the belly sat a little more flush, but I may try printing the glue on belly for my next one to see if I like it better. Thanks so much for your hard work.

I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed assembling the Cobra Raptor. I always try to improve with each design. Regarding the belly pin, I’ll try to improve it in future designs. I also think that trying the glue-together version can give you a cleaner finish. Thank you for your comment!

Thank you for your words, I’m glad to know you liked this design. I’ll be making more hybrids soon.

Just finished printing this at 150%. Now I'm inspired to print the other dinos and paint them in the style of Primal Rage characters. Any chance you have large apes coming down the line soon?
