Hello everyone!

The Articulated Quetzalcoatlus is now available!

Inspired by the legendary prehistoric flying reptile, this model captures the imposing appearance of the Quetzalcoatlus with a high level of detail. Its enormous toothless beak, distinctive crest, and gigantic wings recreate the majesty of one of the largest flying animals in history.

The model features articulation throughout its entire body, allowing for a wide variety of dynamic and natural poses. It can be displayed both in a flying pose and standing on the ground. Additionally, the wings can be folded and adjusted easily to achieve either a fully extended flight pose or a more compact and realistic stance while on the ground.

 New: Flight Display Mount

This model includes a new accessory, the Flight Display Mount, designed to let you display the Quetzalcoatlus suspended with strings, creating a more realistic and eye-catching flying pose. This mount is also compatible with the Pteranodon, allowing you to use it with both models to create aerial displays.

This model can be printed in three versions:

3MF Printing Files:Optimized for multicolor printers, allowing every detail of the design to stand out. This version also does not require glue for assembly.

STL Files for Printing and Assembly:A version with separate parts, ideal for printing in different colors and assembling afterward. Suitable for printers without a multicolor system.

STL Files for Fast, Glue-Free Printing and Assembly:Designed to be printed in a single material, a single color, or with multicolor PLA. This version is easier and faster to assemble. It includes a connector to secure the lower part, eliminating the need for glue and making assembly more practical and convenient.

Before printing, remember to check the included "3D Printing Parameters" file.

Thank you for your support!

what is the 2nd one scaled down to?

J Hinz

how small can the quetzalcoatlus and the pteranodon be scaled down?

J Hinz

I am printing a quetzalcoatlus at 100% rn btw

J Hinz

don't feel like you need to rush to reply, I just want to know what's the smallest percentage the pterosaurs can be scaled down to.

OriginalToys3D

Hello, The Quetzalcoatlus and the Pteranodon can be reduced to 70% of their original size while keeping all of their articulations working properly. Additionally, all of the dinosaur models in the collection can also be reduced to the same scale without any issues. I don't recommend reducing the models below 70%, as the articulations and some parts may become too small, which could affect both print quality and the model's functionality. You can also find this information in the Printing Parameters file, which is included with the files for each model.

Thank you so much!

My quetzalcoatlus has a white body and everything else is black. like an African Pied Crow. is there any way to send over a picture?

J Hinz

I sent you over 2 photos. sorry the lighting isn't great. I made the D-Rex too. with a very special pattern

OriginalToys3D

I was looking at the photos, and I really liked them. Both models came out really clean, and the color combinations are very original. They both look awesome, but my favorite is the D-Rex with the color scheme inspired by the emerald tree boa.

J Hinz

I don’t have a multicolor printer so I had to manually pause then change layer colors lol

J Hinz

I really wanna see a Mutadon from Jurassic world rebirth in your style. I hope to maybe color it like a turkey vulture or a black vulture. something like that.

OriginalToys3D

I'll try to make the Mutadon from Jurassic World: Rebirth as one of my upcoming models. I think it would look great painted with a color scheme inspired by a turkey vulture.

J Hinz

can't wait! I have a spool of brown for the exact occasion and the perfect red color

J Hinz

I am one of the few people who actually liked the mutadons. they were my favorite creature in the movie

J Hinz

I made a D Rex colored like a squirrel
