Hello everyone!

I wanted to let you know that a new model from my large dinosaur line, the Scorpios Rex, will be available this month.

While I continue working on this new dinosaur, I’ll also be publishing new models from the PocketPrint line, which I’ve been working on over the past few days. So there will be new releases from both lines this month.

Here’s a brief introduction to the Scorpios Rex design.

The Scorpios Rex is a dinosaur hybrid created through genetic engineering, known for its fierce appearance, long claws, and sharp teeth.

The model will include three versions: one optimized for multicolor printing, another with separate parts for assembly, and a third version designed for quick printing and assembly without the need for glue.

That's amazing oh the kiddo is gonna love this!!

I’ll release it first with the bipedal version so I can have the model ready as soon as possible. Then I’ll try to add an update with the quadrupedal version.

I'm working on it right now. I expect to have it finished and published as soon as possible, hopefully around Tuesday the 15th or Wednesday the 16th.

Can you tell me what program you use to design your creatures?

I just made your cobra raptor and boney t rex and these toys are incredible models. I really appreciate all this work and the tutorial videos are an amazing piece added in. My 5 year old has been losing his mind

Thank you so much! I'm really glad you liked the models and tutorials. It's great to hear that your son is enjoying them so much!

Hi! I wanted to print one of your dinosaurs using the MF3 files but they are all listed individually. If I try to import them so I can have them all in one window for one plate they lose their formatting and come in basically as stl's with no separated colors. There must be a way but I'm at a loss. Thanks for any help.

Hi! Which slicer are you using to open the 3MF files? I use the same 3MF files in Bambu Studio, and when I import them using “Import Geometry Only”, the model keeps its original colors/painting. If you're using a different slicer, the 3MF color information may be handled differently. Let me know which slicer and version you're using, and I can check the best way to import the files.

Thank you for your quick response. User error it appears. It worked fine this time.
