UPDATE: I found out that you can not sell models created in DAZ 3D AT ALL. only renders and as a part of a greater whole. Going to keep this poll up for a bit but it seems I wont be able to provide models as a patreon reward. So I will not be moving forward with the idea.

Every so often I get asked about my ref models (example above) and if I would be willing to share them. I have been hesitant because some of the morphs I use are "personal use" or "limited Commercial" use licenses. If I were to provide them, I would need to make sure they only used the extended license type of models. I would probably put them at the $20 tier, have at least 2 a month in a blender file.Before I invest in that, I would want to know how much of a demand there is for them. The poll options are;

My main question is, would this mean we could then comission fanart of your characters from other artists? Cause that is something I would likely utilize, but not without your approval.

I mean the figures would just be reference models, like the ones above. If you use the model to make a pose ref and have another artist draw them, I wouldn't really be able to stop you.

Forgive me for asking, but I thought Daz was fine with selling morphs or am I mistaken?

Morphs yes, but not models themselves. If I were to make the morphs that would be ok, but not everyone uses DAZ, compared to how easy it would be for someone to download blender off steam and have one of my ref models ready to go. Releasing them as Daz morphs would add more steps on my end and your end.
