Greetings everyone! I hope you guys aren't too hungover. if you are, this newsletter can wait till tomorrow. Go back to sleep, maybe take those silly glasses and hat off first though.To the folks awake!Don't goon just yet we gotta talk.This is my first Newsletter on Patreon so what do I want to talk about?Well Firstly, a look back into 2025.

2025 2025 Was an experimental year regarding the use of AI. As expected I know some of you were upset when this was announced in Late December 2024, some folks even stopped supporting me. This was understandable and I harbour no ill will to any of you all. I felt it necessary to implement and I made it a point to make sure that its use would compliment my work and my style, and at the end of the day artworks produced will still bear that classic TDM look and feel. Today I still feel the same way about its use, I regard it as a tool to make my life a little bit easier and to ensure content can be produced at a reasonable pace for my subscribers.

ComicsRegarding Comics; "Sweet & Sour" was completed in early 2025 as was "BathTime." "Special Service 2" was announced, but unfortunately had a snag in production as my co-creator Apollone stepped away from working with me. There was no bad blood, or arguments had, his circumstances simply changed, and he wanted to try something new. I do not hold this against him in any way! But unfortunately that chapter could not be completed this year, However it will be worked on and hopefully completed this year, 2026! A lot of the foundational work is finished, its just about refining and completing.So we will all find out what happened to Shivani's struggling massage parlour in 2026!This year also saw the creation and completion of Sweeten the Deal 2!A comic I'm very proud of; it was the first full comic that I used AI on strictly for polish and after effects. It saw the collaboration with my trusty comic collaborator Mark Kleanup who assisted with layout and sketches. His contribution is a valuable part of the creative process with my comics and I will continue to work with Mark in 2026 as long as he is available!

SketchesSketches Sketches Sketches! It should go without saying a lot of sketches were produced this year. At least it feels like a lot to me. As I was playing with AI I learned that it is very good at polishing my sketches! So I embraced that fact to produce a lot more sketch work, explore lots of ideas, refine older unpolished work. I hope you all enjoyed this, as I feel like I will continue to do more of that, as well as increase the amount of coloured work.

Writing CompetitionsWe held a few writing competitions this year, exclusively on the TDM Discord. I was a bit underwhelmed by the contributions in all honesty. I feel as though perhaps I asked too much from the community. I feel like the prizes were attractive enough, especially the last one for Halloween, which had a monetary prize attached to first and second place, yet that one received no entries. I enjoy reading stories from creators, so I don't think I will do away with the writing competitions, however this year I will extend the opportunities to other hentai discord servers I am a part of, as well as external websites. Misc. Plans UnrealisedI'm sad to report the start of 2025 saw me be a bit overly ambitious and optimistic on some things. . .I had grand plans to collab with Arvus games on a Sweet Life visual novel, however that didn't really pan out the way I wanted. He instead chose to take one of my ideas and insert it into his own ongoing game. So that was a bit disappointing.Please don't send any hate his way for this, I still think his project is incredible, and one of the best erotic visual novels I've ever played. It would have been amazing to work with him on a Sweet Life VN, however with AI advancing the way it is, and seeing how he is using a lot of it in his game, I do not foresee him finding value collaborating with an artist on anything in the future, especially not on an IP that he doesn't own the rights to. I planned this year to grow my skill set. To be fair I grew it in understanding AI and finding ways to implement it into my workflow in an ethical organic way that maintained my charm, however I did have goals to learn some animation, as well as coding for visual novels, but that didn't happen. I still want to do this, so perhaps I can find time for it in 2026!2026 So what is there to look forward to this year?

Firstly, 2025 taught me that I am reaching a bit of a plateau regarding my growth, in fanbase and in earnings. I hate to talk money here, but it is a reality and is a goal for me to maintain, and improve my quality of life. I've realised no amount of new exciting projects, faster output or higher quality creations are going to organically grow my following. So this year I will be working with a close friend of mine on a proper marketing strategy in the hopes of channelling more attention and interest to my subscription platforms. The goal is to boost my earnings so I can create work more comfortably and collaborate more openly with other creators to continue creating high quality content. I would like a larger community of supporters so there's more discussion and more spirit, which hopefully can lead to more creation and more innovation. At this current level I can only continue to produce what I'm currently producing, and I think I can speak for everyone when I say it would be nice to be able to do more! So that's the major goal for 2026, its not a flashy goal by any means, but an important one. Lets call it a business oriented vertical depth move.I experimented with seasonal discounts in 2025, so you can expect more of those this year for sure, most likely to coincide with when we generally expect to see discounts in the real world with department stores, steam etc. So Summer, Black Friday, Christmas etc.

As for horizontal creative moves; as I said before, Special Service 2 will be worked on and completed, a soon to be announced sponsored comic by Carse, as well as a sequel to another already launched comic of mine in the Sweet Universe. So you can look out for those announcements this January. ······As an aside, I also would like to explore One Shot Sweet Life Adventures that focus mainly on kinks and wilder sexual escapades. I'd want a special name for these, maybe something like "Sweet Treats" or just "Treats" And these would be stories that are canonically ambiguous with the Sweet Life Serialization. I think this will open up the doors to more ridiculous fun with the Sweet Life characters without the restraints of answering the question of "Where does it fit within the canon" Just a thought, let me know what you guys think about this in the comments!······My Skillshare subscription was not cancelled, so I hope to find time to learn some new skills on there this year XDAs mentioned earlier, I have not given up on Story Writing Competitions, however I will be opening up the opportunities to people outside the TDM discord server, just in an effort to receive more submissions, and maybe uncover some new talented writers!Holiday Content.I think people really loved the "Sweet Sarah's 12 days of Christmas" Event, so I think I will try to drum up some similar events for the major holidays this year, namely Easter and Halloween, and if I am able to, minor ones like, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, Carnival, New Years.POLL:What are you Most Excited about for 2026?You all have multiple votes but make it your top 3!
