Hey everyone! Here’s what’s new in the latest development batch:

I’ve added new quests for the Guild, the final ones for Silver rank and below. From now on, all new missions will be exclusive to Gold rank and above. Silver missions already give you over 10,000 Gilpars, so expect Gold ones to be even more rewarding and set you on the path toward the coveted Diamond rank. I already have a few epic Diamond-level missions in mind for the future!

Also joining the party is its final member: Isabel. If you’ve played Peasant Dream, you’ll recognize her class, the Valkyrie, one of the most powerful Gifts in existence. She brings a mix of healing, a bit of magic, and devastating damage with her ruthless spear.

Speaking of which, I’ve added all the characters’ “ultimate” weapons, the best in the game: Sheila gets a flail, Isis a dagger, Isabel a spear, and you get a sword. If you’re not a sword user, don’t worry, I’ll expand the ultimate weapon pool to include other weapon types soon.

There’s also a new event involving the goblin village. If you purchased slaves from the goblin "merchant", an agent of Jesmine, leader of the anti-slavery movement, a well know name for the ones who played Dungeon Explorers, will approach you. After a deep and meaningful conversation, he will free the slaves and compensate you with more than what you originally paid. Those familiar with my games know that in the world of Vesperia, slavery is treated as a normalized but contested issue. My games always make a clear point: slavery is wrong. My first title, DUEX, is entirely about the fight against slavers. In PDM, this same theme is explored, but this time, through thoughtful dialogue rather than open conflict. No heroes, no villains, just something more nuanced. No spoilers, though.

I’ve also decided on the reward for completing the final floor of the dungeon. I wanted it to be meaningful, not just another pile of money or a stat boost, since by that point you’ll be strong and rich enough. So the reward is a fast-travel item, like a teleport crystal, but way better. Instead of just teleporting to the forest and walking to the lumberjack’s house, you’ll be able to teleport directly to the house. Or the cave. Or the goblin village. It’s a game-changer for exploration and travel. The item doesn’t consume charges, and I’ll keep adding new locations to it as I expand the world.

Speaking of new items, I also added Music Crystals! What do they do? Well... they play music. Think of them as magical radios that play bardic recordings. There are 6 crystals, each with 5 different tracks. They don’t change the gameplay much, but they’re a fun little addition, great if you want to switch up the background music while exploring.

Leona’s dating events are fully written now. I also fixed a few small bugs and typos here and there, and added another piece of the protagonist’s backstory at the end of the dungeon. Once all the girls' dating routes in this update are complete, and if I still have time, I’ll open up the East part of the kingdom territory, where it’s said “your destiny lies in another lands.” That’ll be a desert map!

Everything’s running smoothly and progress is booming. Let’s keep the adventure going!

Update Progress: 70%

Have fun~~
