Hey, brothers!Your Dungeon Master here!

How have your explorations and decisions been going so far? Have you made many discoveries and started building new relationships?

I spent this final week of the month fixing a few bugs that slipped through, such as certain parts of the Minotaur’s Cave being inaccessible, a soul being trapped behind a chest, and the new magical items having durability instead of being unbreakable. There were also a few other small issues that didn’t prevent anyone from progressing, but these details make a real difference to the overall experience and immersion.

They will all be fixed in the next update.

I apologize to everyone who has already obtained the magical items. Unfortunately, the durability fix will not affect items that are already in your inventory. However, the magical items found on the new floors added in future updates will correctly be unbreakable.

To make up for it, I will place two magical item chests on each new floor of this update instead of only one. I will also improve the chance of finding the best weapon in the game: the Sword of Cas, a beloved weapon that has appeared in every one of my games so far.

Besides fixing bugs, I also started working on the SFW version of DUEX 2 for Steam. Yes, remember when I said Steam had been giving me a hard time, so this time I would release a completely SFW version of the game?

I worked on that version and ran a few beta tests. So far, everything seems to be going well, and I think I did a good job patching up the sections where the more explicit scenes were removed.

But those weren’t the only things I worked on!

I also started developing an item that will allow you to check the status of your romances and receive a small hint about what to do next. Each romanceable character has her own maximum relationship level, based on how much content she currently has.

However, that maximum can always increase whenever new content is added for her. The highest possible relationship level is 10.

Quite a busy week, huh?

That’s how things are around here, I never stop working, especially because I’m just as excited about DUEX 2 as you are!
