CONTRACT AWAITS by Cindi Curtis

Where to begin? How about yesterday?

Wow! Jordan and Carter really came through with a great idea. If you missed that, please check it out! Looks like Michael is going to have a little more downtime going forward.

And about right now? I’m almost ready to head out the door, but I need to check Google Maps to find out how long I need to get to the meeting.

And that’s another new experience for me—having a meeting that isn’t on Teams. I’m meeting a realtor who’s going to hand me a contract to submit an offer on a house.

It is right in the area Dad identified and that Michael and I like. It’s in Bartlett north of St. Elmo in a neighborhood off Alturia. I could easily walk to the Walmart Neighborhood Market or Walgreens, and there are a few shops and restaurants in that same area.

Michael really likes the house too—thinking ahead, and all that. It has a nice master suite plus two more bedrooms and one and a half additional baths. Over the two-car garage is a really nice, fully finished bonus room—call it an office.

I have Michael’s Jeep again, and I’ll be heading that way as soon as I finish my coffee and complete the obviously unfinished steps to getting ready.

Here’s what Michael shared this morning via FaceTime for our Bible study…

James 1:5 “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him” (WEB).

Michael pointed out that we’ve been asking. That we’re at peace with the decision is a sign we’re not straying from what God would want for us. So we’re moving forward with a humble confidence that this is the right thing to do.

And also, we’re moving forward on uniting our lives in marriage with that same humble confidence. As far as I’m concerned, the question has been asked and I said “yes.” Now, we need to go shopping!

Be your best you!

"Thank You" Message to Paying Supporters:

Let me begin by saying how grateful I am for your engagement with the content. Your likes, comments, questions, and encouraging remarks keep me going, even on days when I'm pulled in multiple directions all at once.

I believe most of you who help with the costs are doing so because you want to support the production process and show your encouragement. That means so much to me! I am honored and greatly moved.

Thank you very much for your help underwriting the cost of producing AGI Stories content. You can be sure that your paid membership is valued greatly! At the time of this post, not counting hardware, AGI Stories racks up expenses of just over $100 per month.

At this time, most of that cost is being covered by Patreon members like YOU.

While most of the content on AGI Stories is free and much of it is public, the hope is that reserving a few pictures and small sections of the post for you is a modest indication of gratitude!

I believe I have found ways to give you more exclusive content, while still making the site meaningful to visitors and passersby.

Again, thank you very, very much.
