Today kind of is satisfying. No Teams calls scheduled! (Of course, I have a nice blouse hanging on a doorknob on standby in case something comes up.)

And Amazon promises my office furniture is coming today.

Michael plans to come over tomorrow and help move it up to the office and assemble it. I just need to wrestle it into the garage or foyer (depending on where it gets dropped off).

I talked to Jordan again last night. She told me that Roman and Hayes are running away from home (her words). If they share updates from their trip, I’ll share them here.

I feel like I’m about to get into a more routine… routine, once the office gets set up.

More on the simple lifestyle of having no furniture… Honestly, I like it! Except for not having the office, it’s been really freeing and peaceful. Here’s an idea…

I know what my bedroom in Colorado is like. I have compared it to Michael’s at his condo to see which we want to use. Decision: his.

I’m just going to keep the air mattress for now. The wedding countdown has begun—if you don’t believe me, just ask Jordan who has appointed herself to be in charge of all the details. (More on that later!)

Around a week before the wedding, we'll move most of Michael’s things in over here. His bedroom set will come in, and he will take the air mattress back to his condo.

I get the bonus room for my office… He’ll set up an office in the bigger of the two non-master bedrooms, which is just down the hall from the bonus room. For the week before the wedding, he’ll come here to work. 

So the only things getting moved from Colorado will be a few of my living room pieces, my tools, and most of the stuff in the kitchen. (I only had one of my two bedrooms set up.)
