LOOKING TO GULFPORT (Supporter Exclusive)
Hope everyone is doing well. As time permits, I like to check in with all of you who are supporting AGI Stories.
Right now, we’re between Dauphin Island and Gulfport. I mentioned earlier that Jason, Geoni, Josh, and I are going to stay with Jason’s parents who live there. As I sit here, I’m thinking about that.
But, while I’m here, I’d like to invite anyone seeing this to consider subscribing. Occasionally, I post exclusive content such as this as a way of connecting with those who are most interested in the stories.

As we approach Gulfport and Jason’s parents’ home, I’m thinking about seeing them as a married couple during those years in high school when I would be at Jason’s house. His dad, Dave, was also the pastor at the church I attended, so I saw them together there, too.
They always seemed so together as a married couple, sharing life, smiles, and work. They supported and encouraged each other. I always thought they were so happy.
I also used to think their marriage was the exception.
My view on marriage was scarred by how my mother treated Dad. My other best friend, Grace, lived in a home of chaos marked by her mom’s revolving door relationships, so I didn’t see anything there to change my mind.
Now, I’ve come to realize my ideas were wrong.
I look at Clay and Sasha… Josh and Geoni… Jasmine and Micah… Even the young couple from church that works with Dad on the rental properties…
And Dave and Marsha Keller, Jason’s parents…
Marriages take work and effort to be sure. Husbands and wives have to commit to making things work. And when that happens, so do good things.
It took me the better part of 2025 to learn that. Now, I’m ready.
I’ll be back later…
Thank you for helping make this creative work possible. Every subscription and sponsorship means more than you know.

Thank-You Message to Paying Supporters:
It is my belief that most of you who help with the costs are doing so because you want to support the production process and show your encouragement. I am honored and greatly moved.
I know that I share a LOT of content FREE TO ALL. I'd imagine that you understand why. The stories about giving back and helping seem like they shouldn't be exclusive. Certain plot moments need to be understood by anyone trying to to follow the stories.
With that in mind, I always consider you, the paid members, when deciding how to share content.
My hope is that reserving a few pictures and small sections of the post for you is a modest indication of gratitude!
Thank you very much for your help underwriting the cost of producing AGI Stories content. You can be sure that your paid membership is valued greatly! At the time of this post (not counting hardware or internet connectivity fees) AGI Stories racks up expenses of just over $100 per month. Every supporter is helping!
Again, thank you very, very much.
