Chapter 66: REAL GAINS by Emma Knox

I’m trying something Chloe Hastings said works for her when she’s got a lot of school work to do. I’m at the library studying. I’ve not got anything to be looking up, but Chloe says just going to the library helps her focus.

Well, so far so good for me today.

Overall, college has been a lot of work, but I can tell I’m learning things. Chemistry has been really good. I’d forgotten so much of what I learned in high school before I had to drop out.

My favorite class is Intro to Psychology, though. I think that’s on account of the fact that I still want to go into social work like Izzy, and psychology is closely connected.

Well, talking about studying won’t get it done, so I should get back. I’ll close by saying Noah and I are going to meet when he gets off his shift and have dinner—nothing fancy, just subs at a deli, but it’s the time together that really matters.

Thanks for reading my story! See you next time.

Chapter 67: OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY by Ethan Calder

The stretch of US-41 from Tennessee into Georgia is known as the Old Dixie Highway. It will change names, though, as it passes through each town or city.

At our next stop—a Waffle House in Ringgold, Georgia—it’s called Chattanooga Road.

We’re going to stay on US-41 until we get to Dalton. We’re planning to spend the night at the Motel 6 there. Then, after that… we’re still heading south. At some point, we’ll reach the Everglades, fight some mosquitoes, and eventually make our way to Key West.

No rush.

The best part of the trip happens when we get off the bikes and just spend time together. I guess you could have guessed that, though.

Be your best you!

Thank-You Message to Paying Supporters:

Thank you for helping support AGI Stories. At the time of this post (not counting hardware or internet costs), expenses run just over $100 per month—so every supporter truly makes a difference.

As you know, I share a lot of content free to all, and I believe you understand why. Stories about giving back and helping shouldn’t be exclusive, and key moments need to be accessible for anyone following the stories.

With that in mind, I always consider you—the paid members—when deciding how content is shared.

My hope is that reserving a few photos and small portions of posts for you serves as a simple expression of gratitude.

I believe that most of you who help with the costs do so because you want to support the production process and show encouragement. I’m honored and truly grateful.

Again, thank you very much.

Chapter 66: REAL GAINS by Emma Knox. Hello Emma!. Well, Emma, it sounds like you are working out things and finding your personal study flow. I hope you find a method that helps you with all the subjects, not just the ones you love. They are naturally easier. Glad things with Noah are going well. And you are right. Time together is the soil from which relationships grow. Good luck to you both. Thanks for your update.

Chapter 67: OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY by Ethan Calder. Good morning, Ethan. You guys are living the life. Open road, motorcycles, each other, and getting paid! Awesome! Thanks for checking in, sir. As you venture south toward Key West, you may or may not know that the eminent philosopher Jimmy Buffett lived there. It's worth your while to pause a minute, take a deep breath, and look around, before going even further south. Yes, I already guessed the best part of the trip!!
