GOOD MORNING by Ailana Geven Keller

Okay… Let me try something colorful to start today’s post.

In the last two days, I’ve done more sprints than a runner training for the Olympics!

It’s a play on the word “sprint,” which, in our project-management lingo, is a short, planned block of work within the overall project.

I’ve done sprints for my regular job and sprints for my work with Roman. And also…

Yes, I created a sprint list and delegated a few items to Roman’s employee. No, it wasn’t hard. It was just very unusual for me. So far, so good!

Okay… moving on. Or going back…back to when I used to give green-living tips.

Have you seen the weather forecast? Record heat is spreading across much of the U.S.

Here’s your tip! You can decide where to set your thermostat. Less cooling saves money and resources.

But don’t let your cool air leak out! Check for air leaks around windows and doors. Good attic insulation helps keep the cool air inside.

Once you cool it, keep it. That saves you from having to cool more hot air that sneaks in.

If I were an insulation company, I’d make promo T-shirts that say, “Keep your cool and save your money! Live green and save some green!”

Let me close with a little stewardship Bible verse.

Genesis 2:15: "The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it." (NIV)

Emphasis on “take care of it.”

Message to Paying Supporters:

Thank you for helping support AGI Stories.

As of now, between donations here and Instagram monetization, about 75% of the software costs are covered. That's huge, and it is because of you.

I always consider you—the paid members—when deciding how content is shared.

Because of your generosity, I am able to keep going.

With that in mind, again, thank you very much.
