Quick Update—2026-07-25 (Patreon)

Mistakes Were Made…

Well, here we go… New logo…

Back at some point in 2024, I adapted a logo someone made for me into the logo that you've seen since. You know… the one on which "intelligence" was spelled incorrectly? Yeah, that…

Sigh…

Discovering that mistake comes on the tail of a summer wrought with other errors! Thanks to all of you who have helped me find them.

Moving on, as we do…

One-time Contributions…

I hope I don't often come off as begging for support. I am very grateful for all of you who are paying members. Patreon, alone, covers most of my monthly expenses.

I've hesitated pointing out the one-time contribution through TipTopJar option over the years, but lately, it's been getting used. As far as I can tell from my end, it's a reliable system.

Input Received…

Earlier I posted a survey asking for input. At least six of you responded.

One thing I was looking for was where to focus my creative time. As of now, it seems like interest is fairly balanced.

I was surprised that "Island Kids" received so many votes. I'm pleased by that, because that is a fun lane to write into!

I've had some direct messages about "Living the Dream" saying that I need to keep that going. That, too, is a fun, different, approach to AGI Stories content, so I'll try to keep that going.

Beyond the Screen…

Many of you have been around long enough to know that my life outside AGI Stories has periods where I have a lot of time and periods were time is more limited.

I am moving into a phase of more limited time.

What you can expect in the weeks to come:

Fewer chapters with multiple images.

Continued focus on character development and plot arcs.

In Ailana's Journal, there's what I think will be a huge reveal sometime fairly soon.

Crossroads is on the way to getting The Pay It Forward Society back up and running! Missions forthcoming!

River City Connections will see more from Hayes and Roman's globe hopping.

Secrets of the World is picking up some new duties, and there will be a few additions to the plot. They are getting that seaplane Mason asked for!

The chapters in Living the Dream will continue to be shared as time permits. The idea is that they are more incidental than on-going. It's a different style compared to the other arcs.

That's All…

Feel free to leave a comment here, write a message in the group chat, or send a direct message. I pay attention to your thoughts and requests, so don't hesitate to send them.

Message to Paying Supporters:

Thank you for helping support AGI Stories. I always consider you—the paid members—when deciding how content is shared.

As of now—end of July, 2026—donations here cover about 75% of the software costs. That's huge, and it is because of you.

Because of your generosity, I am able to keep going.
