GOOD MORNING by Ailana Geven Keller
Is it already Thursday? Or I could flip that and ask if it is only Thursday!
It feels like I’ve been moving really fast over the last week. That, I would suppose is because I’ve really been moving fast!
Why stop now?
Since my goodnight post, I followed up with Meredith Sinclair and also got a call from Naomi. Now it gets interesting!
It turns out that—as far as I can tell—either South Padre Island or Izzy Duffy is the center of the universe. Hear me out. I’m betting on Izzy.
Izzy lived in New York City where Meredith lives. Izzy was part of the Pay It Forward Society (PIFS). Izzy moved to South Padre Island. A few weeks ago, the Pay It Forward Society—which had been offline—established its headquarters here in SPI at The Sapphire condominiums under the leadership of a man named Nick Fashola.
Meredith has a friend who has helped with the technical aspects of Cloudfall, an engineer named Will Robertson. Working for Will’s company, Three of Izzy’s friends—Merritt, Hannah, and Liza—work for Will’s company, NYC SysCo, and are also members of the Pay It Forward Society. Furthermore, Will is an advisor to PIFS and therefore knows Izzy.
When I met with Meredith, we talked about having some portraits of her taken for dust jackets and other promotional materials. Hold that thought…
Izzy and I were both full-time models for Naomi Prior (who is not connected to PIFS).
Meredith told me that Nick had invited Will Robertson and another advisor, Tom Jenkins (who owns the apartments where Izzy lived—just saying) to come down for a few days of meetings. Will suggested Meredith come, too, and that AGI could do those photos she and I talked about.
Then Naomi let me know that she’ll be modeling in next week’s session—we’re doing a new-model boot camp, too—so she’s coming down early and staying for a few days. This time, she’s bringing her husband, Steve.
Meaning…
By the end of the day on Friday, Meredith, Will, and Tom, along with Naomi and Steve, will be here in the center of the universe.
I’m pretty sure this is all because Izzy is the center of the universe!

ACTUALLY WORKING by Ailana Geven Keller
I’m working in the AGI/SwimFit office this morning. I’m trying to finish and update some articles, then get them ready for review.
Here’s a little section of notes I’m working with:
The modern Everglades, as of 2026, retains only about 50% of its original historic size. That means humans caused the habitat to shrink drastically. The good news is that this footprint is virtually unchanged from 2020, as strict conservation boundaries prevent widespread residential building inside the protected marsh.
However, a stable geographic boundary does not mean a healthy ecosystem; the remaining marsh continues to suffer from disrupted water flow, pollution, and invasive species.
Yes, I’m still updating articles from THAT visit!
Emily came by a little while ago to check in. A few things…
Kaylee is picking her up after lunch. She and Jenna are helping with turnover cleanings from today through Saturday. Kent and Isaac are focusing on the handyman work.
Emily wanted to let me know about the sleepover plans.
“I talked to Sasha about an idea,” she said. “She said it sounded really fun, and that she’d be glad to help.”
The idea is for Jenna, Brooks, and Emily to have a sleepover on Savannah’s Charm on Monday. They asked Jasmine to stay aboard with them and plan to ask Kaylee.
Clay and Sasha will help everyone aboard and make sure everything is up and running. The boys will be invited to stay through dinner, but will be booted around 7:30 or so.
Jasmine says she thinks it will be fun and is really going to try to convince Kaylee to be part of it. If you ask me, there’s a little age thing at play. Kaylee is 23 and Jasmine is 21. I think the girls see them as much closer to their age than I am at 29. I know I would if I were them.
So, it looks like this weekend is shaping up to be fun and interesting. Naomi and Meredith are going to be here, and Emily and her friends will be planning a sleepover.
And you will be dragged through it all, so get ready!
GOOD NIGHT by Ailana Geven Keller
I’m on the beach tonight with Emily. Kaylee and Isaac wanted to take a dinner break and spend some time with Hudson. Kaylee and Emily are going to handle two more cleaning turnovers in a little while.
Kaylee agreed to “be an adult” at Monday night’s sleepover. That puts five people aboard, with five staterooms available. I have a feeling the teens will crash in the saloon, though.
Emily wanted to know if it hurt my feelings that they wanted Kaylee and Jasmine to stay with them.
“Of course not,” I said.
“Are you sure? We just thought it would be fun to hang out with Jasmine and Kaylee.”
“I understand.”
“It will give you and Jason a night alone without me ruining everything for you.”
“You’re not ruining anything.”
“I ruined you being newlyweds.”
“You didn’t ruin anything, and it’s fine that you want to do things with other people.”
“Are you sure?” She looked at me and waited.
I shrugged. “Jason and I can chase each other around the whole condo if we want.”
She bulged out her eyes. “Okay, Sis… You could have skipped that part!”
“I was joking.”
She rolled her eyes. “Why do I think you weren’t?”
“I was.”
“That’s cap. I know me being here changed everything for you.”
“Honestly,” I replied, “it did—but in a good way.”
“But not what you expected as a newlywed,” she replied.
“No,” I said, “but maybe it was what I needed.”
May the unexpected turns in your life prove to be exactly what you needed, even if you never imagined they could happen.
Good night.
Be your best you!
