I always have this thought in my mind, when a story have multiple universes, does do the characters usually end up having the same person as their other half or do they change it up all the time. Like for Black Canary in the DC universe always have the same husband in different worlds?

Not always, like Smallville for instance. In season 9 they hinted that Oliver was having an off screen romance with Canary, but as the season progressed they choose to ignore that detail and had him become involved with Chloe, as as in Arrow instead of eventually getting back with Laurel, the writers decided to have him get together with Felicity. Image #2, makes me wonder if she was brought along to the old west during the chronos incident.
