Starting this up with a new picture! Commissioned by The Ghost Pony of, weirdly enough, no pony! Betrayal! These sun low down at the horizon lighting situations are always weirdly tricky. Turned out alright though, so overall pretty happy. Enjoy :)

Oookay🤔🤔🤔🤔 like the overall tone of the picture, really nice and relaxing love how you rendered the head, arms and legs great idea with the pier wall there looks really nice the wings also really look nice. good job with the birdies' aerial revolutions. ❤️ finally: really nice sunrise. You truly captured the clear blue sky you can see only at sunrise. Basically the only 2 things that do not feel right here are the ankles+heels and the attachment of the wings on the back of the spine the wing bit is... yeah it's a sore spot for a lot of people buuut i can understand it. Making a reasonable wing attachment there would mean needing to show the kinmd of muscles that allow a bird to fly and that... yeah, that deforms the back considerably, soooo most people just graft the wings there for aesthetic reasons. If i ever find a good reference for a proper wing attachment in an anthropomorphic bird... i'll save it. At most i usually point people towards a few studies of the wings in the draconomicon, they got the "hand palm" part of the wing wrong but the "shoulder + arm" part of the wing really makes you think that could fly (if it had been man-sized) https://i.pinimg.com/originals/e1/96/1e/e1961e649987bc8cb24945b84b255ea1.jpg Let's see the ankles+heels bit... yeah you basically did the same thing which birds have there except birds are not as big and weight not as much as a human being, also their bones are much thiinner, sooooo yeah. Buut honestly? This is great art, thanks for sharing it ❤️
