Oil painting #6 (Patreon)

Switching things up a bit to a landscape.  It turned out a bit dark and a bit too saturated honestly. The lit trees i'm decently happy with, but the blues are just a bit too blue and could have done with some toning down. It is pretty easy to fall in that trap given all the tube colours are just very saturated by default and while i very rarely use straight tube colours they still end up very saturated even when mixed. So will keep in mind to make a deliberate effort to tone down especially the starker ones like blue which in all the paintings seems to be the worst offender so far.
