Snowball - my first alcoholic drink... probably aged about 10

Aaron Conway

Great video! I literally planned my studying around this so I could watch it during a break! And it actually motivated me to study! So thank you so much, I appreciate it! Also, it's so cool to see that Edenbridge is doing well! I'm happy for you guys! Hope you have a nice weekend!!

It’s not going off script, it’s putting your own creative spin on it... that’s what you should tell people 😋😁 Ahh Snowballs, probably started drinking them at an age I shouldn’t have but oh well lol, not very Christmassy taste but definitely give me Christmassy memories... Crafts looked great, you should give yourself more credit! 😄 P.s. Don’t cut your hair!! 😱 ... Also, someone get the butler a bottle of whiskey 🥃

Ten out of ten for persistence with the reindeer, and it actually turned out pretty damn good in the end! Snowballs were the first alcoholic drink my sister and I were ever allowed at the age of about 7 and we felt really grown up drinking them at Christmas even if they had loads more lemonade then you're meant to have - I still have a bottle of advocaat in the drinks cabinet for a bit of Christmas nostalgia. The only Christmas decs I can recall making were those really cheap coloured paper chains that you just licked one end to link together - us kids had competitions and we had some seriously long chains!! So pleased that the interest in Edenbridge is high as well and I'll definitely join the queue f or some candles when they're perfected please.

Also waiting on the candles! Way too far out of my depth to buy fragrances for people 😀

I'm certainly feeling a lot more christmassy now. I think the only festive crafting I've ever done was making a gingerbread house one year. Advocaat is egg yolks, sugar and brandy - a challenge to drink on it's own. I once had a lovely weekend at Hole Cottage, not too far from Edenbridge - we even got to drive through the Medway in my sister's land-rover. Can't wait to find out what Erebus smells like, Shackleton is one of my heroes.

You are drinking at 10 o'clock in the morning. Whether you are using the appropriate glassware is the least of your concerns. Thanks for starting my Saturday with a laugh...

We had the first snow of the season this week, so I was making different kinds of snowballs ⛄️ Guess yours taste much better!

The robins are very cute! Congrats on all those sales, woohoo!!!

"Time is just something that we have created..." - Saturday Morning Philosophy with Alanna, the show that questions the profound idiosyncrasies of our universe. :-) Joking aside, enjoyed the video! - planning on making snowballs myself this season...

Brett Carruthers

Yeh, youtube revenue and algorithms go up and down. It's hard to predict or reason with.

Sarah Hogg

Thanks for the video and I hope you enjoyed your snowballs even though the crafting was stressful for you. I think my first Christmas drink was babycham don’t know if they still sell that though whereas snowballs are so classic they’re going on forever. I’m glad edenbridge is going well please let us know if you perfect candles.

Steven Parkes

Couldn't help picking-up on what you were saying about robins - our robins in the UK are very different to those found in the North American continent - presumably including Canada? Here, both male AND female look alike, with brown feathers and a bright, red breast.

Back when survival bracelets were a thing, I made some for all my friends for Christmas in their favorite colors. Damn that paracord is rough on your hands though when you're making the weave tight.

Good vid Alanna hope didn't get to pissed..We really enjoyed this one ..Also glad the new business is going well ..

Sven Linton

I'm guessing that Advocaat will be getting drunk and not forgotten about. Those reindeer, we used to make all the time at scholl when I was little. Talk about forced labour. Urgh. The ones you made look good, far better than the ones I ever was forced to.

David Powell

When I worked in a supermarket many years ago a customer accidentally knocked a bottle of Advocaat into the floor. God that was a horrible bright yellow mess to clean up!
