It’s my birthday so trying to treat it like any other year

It's so cool that your shorts are getting so many views! Your channel is so good, you're so nice and you're so funny, you deserve it!

Gem

Congrats on being “shelved”, I really like the shorts, so I hope they continue to do well & just remember to ignore the trolls! Great video, always find it interesting to see what people have been up, especially as I feel like all I do is stare at screens lol... hope you have a good weekend & your headache’s gone!

Malcolm Lawrence

Great to hear that the You Tube shorts are doing so well and that your numbers are getting a boost as a result - they're good to watch too. I actually had a covid vaccination this week - it was a real surprise to get the call because I'm not old or ill but apparently I qualified because I'm a carer, so that was a surprise!

Steve Mikre

Congratulations on the Success of your Toilet #short (I never thought I'd type something like that)...

Stuart Summers

Interesting to hear about YouTube shorts, I hadn't realised they were taking on TikTok. Congrats on your toilet short! I think it's clear that YouTube views are very much subject to the butterfly effect; for no obvious reason a video suddenly takes off. Hope you've recovered from your headache. Catch you on Twitch tomoz.

Holger Steinwedel

The toilet video is doing well on YouTube!?! I am happy for you! I just hope your channel isn’t going down the drain 😊

Martin Cook

No offence taken at the snow comments. We have become feeble at dealing with it. Not Texas yet, though.

Graham Lavers

Interesting about the shorts, people complain about your snow short, but it`s so true what you said. couple of centimetres and the country does grind to a halt lol. Enjoying your content as always.

David O

A - I really like these 'under the bonnet' facts that you share with us. Fascinating isn't it: youtube is rewarding creators that publish the sort of content that supports their war on TikTok. What next? A short about fish & chips? Buying a drink in a pub? Why Brits love M&S/Waitrose/Lidl?

jillian b

Loving the shorts! Glad they are paying off for you too. Lovely snow footage.

Paul Brown

Shots are defo interesting and I think will take off soon. How is it offensive saying the UK comes to a halt for a little snow? It's true. maybe they don't like been told the truth. Imagine if Northern America, Canada or the Alps resorts stopping for a little snow.

Andrew8468

Does this mean there will be more exploding toilets? If so, bring it on! I appreciate your openness and honesty sharing things with a bunch of randos on da innerwebz

Brett Carruthers

You're wonderful Alanna. Have you been watching any of the recent true crime murder shows on netflix?

Sarah Hogg

Congratulations on your shorts being successful, I didn’t find anything offensive in your snow short but I wasn’t looking too like many seem to, maybe they were bored hiding inside from all the snow. Thank you for the look at your life this month, I hope you’re staying well.

Everytime I open Netflix, there's a new one! 😂 Watched the Cecil Hotel one recently, think I might try that White House Farm. You seen any good ones lately?

Maria G.

Yay for more subs and views! Your editing game is getting better too, with some good calm music choises <3 Here in Norway we laugh a bit at the Brits when they close down for a snowday, haha, especially in the south. But if I understand correctly, winter tires on cars is not a thing there. Can you confirm?? We have to change to them by law, so we are usually good, except when rain freezes and makes everything literally soapy.

I can confirm winter tyres are not a thing. You can buy them if you shop around but they are not generally available and are not required by law. Nobody does - maybe 2 people in Northern Scotland...
