I think Butler's Kitchen is a great idea. Literally a laugh out loud moment with the shot of the pizza stuck to the back of the grill (sorry - shouldn't laugh at other people's mistakes). Thanks as always for starting the weekend off with a great video - have a good one!

Gem

That was hilarious! Was wondering how you were gonna make pizza from scratch, when the dough needs to rest… Classic here’s one made earlier lol Foreshadowing 😂😂😂 I think you had a pretty successful evening cooking! You’ll be head chef in no time! Only tried to make pizza once & the dough was awful, so Dominos for me lol

Steve Mikre

Good pizza is not about appearance, but taste. Your pizza was delicious, so A+ for you! I like how "The Bulter" signed his gourmet recipe. The Bulter maybe on his way to having his own Reality TV Cooking Show...📺🇬🇧

Aaron Conway

Butler’s kitchen is really good idea! Your cooking videos are always fun to watch! Thank you btw! I’ve been studying this morning because my tests start in a week, but I planned it to have a break at 10 to watch your video! It was fun and it was a nice break from studying! thank you! I sent the Irish snacks yesterday! I hope you like them! I sent them first class, so hopefully you get them soon!!

That was fantastic fun Alanna, and a great idea for a new series - forget Patreon, I reckon you and the Butler would make a great TV cooking duo!! Despite the slight glitch in the oven yours looked very moorish indeed. What next I wonder?

Mark Walsh

What a great idea. .wonderful to watch..Watching you in front of the oven you were on tip toes..That's probably why the pizza went down the back ..Maybe the Butler should have done that bit ..trying to push the pizza shovel under the pizza would be hard if you can't see to we'll ..Anyway thanks for the vid ..Would this work on YT it's funny and light hearted. .👍👍

Holger Steinwedel

So, the Butler thought it was time for you to do the cooking and made it a video idea. The man’s a genius! 😊

Will

That was great (apart from half being sacrificed to the Oven Gods) I look forward to the next instalment. Wait 24hrs....?? The Butler is an evil genius..... 😂

Stephen Parker

Hi, Alanna, I really enjoyed that, pizza looked great pity the Butler doesn't deliver. Two questions, what happened to the dough you made after it rested for 24 hours and who cleaned the oven?

Arthur Gatward

We have had the crackers on the floor so it`s only right that the cheese should follow.

I think the madman managed to get pizza two nights in a row 🤔😂

Its like watching an episode of ‘Come Dine With Me’

Having worked in and then managed an Italian Take Away, the Butlers recipe is good but missing the Olive Oil in it, it makes them easier to stretch and allows the dough to be kept in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze the dough balls, thaw overnight in fridge. We used to call it a paddle, we had a shortish stainless one like yours but if one needed to reach the back of the 2m deep oven, we had a long wooden one, the blade was quite thick and was a skill to get it under without burning oneself on the 300-320℃ oven door, even harder if the oven had 8-10 pizzas in it and it was the back ones that needed to come out. Thick ones at back, thin and crispy at the front for obvious reasons.

Your mission should you chose to accept it... insert Mission Impossible theme here... and to be honest I think it was pretty good for a first attempt considering my "homemade" pizza is a frozen one bought at Walmart 😂

Brett Carruthers

That is something that would happen on Taskmaster. You forgot to say the last line of the task, your time starts now.

I think that youtube viewers, frankly, like to see content creators fail and fall flat on their faces. Maybe time to get outside your comfort zone! Appoint someone to choose the challenges that you are given and don't be afraid of the resultant mockery! Or not. Your channel, your choice. I think it would be fun to get you padded up and take a fast ball in nets. Maybe a few overs from the machine first to get your eye in?

The Butler's Kitchen is fantastic! It's like a cross between Bake Off and Taskmaster. I will def try that crust recipe, thank you for sharing. Looks like the wood oven pizza in restaurants.

Hey David! I definitely agree that there's people online who love to watch others fail, but that's not really the type of content I want spend time creating. I think it would be pretty depressing making videos just for people to laugh at me lol

Mark J

The Butler's Kitchen idea is a winner - that was a lot of fun! I'm going to go google pizza stones and paddle thingys. Have a great week!
