Sadly I guess that with social media as it is these days it's inevitable that trolls and such like will do their thing, however good and positive the content you produce always is. At least it's heartening to have the vast majority appreciating what you. Looking forward to the seasonal baking video - have a good week!

I must confess I don't comment on your YT offerings as I watch them on my TV in the evenings (I've had enough of computers by then. "OK TV, entertain me") but I'm truly disgusted with the way that some people in this septic isle can be so cowerdly as to hide behind a false name and insult someone who they consider to be more popular and successful than them and they resent it! (Rant over!). On the subject of immigration, I've seen it from both sides as I emigrated to Sydney , Australia and I was truly hurt by some of the comments I received. I remember one in particular from a "co-worker" from a mister Faglioni. Then when I returned to the UKoGB & NI (!) I got a job behind a bar in Thornton Heath, a suburb of Sarf Londin, and we employed a lovely lady from Zimbabwe and some of the vitriol and hatred that was aimed at her really sickened me! Anyway, keep up the great work, the Patreon videos in particular are always welcome.

I think it's useful to call out the 'problem' comments. Clearly some are trolls, some are haters but maybe there are a few who are nice people but genuinely don't know what is and isn't acceptable in the forum like this; hopefully the video will help them. Thanks for the video as always Alanna. Hope you have a good weekend. Looking forward to the Twitch stream on Sunday.

Well Andrew is obviously an idiot as if you want to expand it, it's the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" I hope you can shrug off the negative comments. That's so weird one of the other channels I watch out up a short video about the verified tick, you might want to stick up a short video too basically warning folks about the fake accounts

It's quite easy to fall into the illusion of thinking that we have a mutual rapport with our YouTubers, that makes commenting, joking, ribbing and bants quite fraught. For example, I only ever use the word 'bants' on here because Alanna says she hates it. I think that makes me especially amusing but it is possibly received as a naff at best.

I've usually been drinking when I watch YouTube stuff, I'm fairly sure my comments have been neutral to Gnomeish rather than Trollish. I hope so. 🤔
