Another great haul! I never see Barr drinks in my corner shop, gonna have to go on a hunt! Although I don’t wanna be hugging the toilet after drinking one 😂 “LOL” was really big fad a few years ago, they had so much crap associated with them! I fancy prawn crisps now… I’m actually gonna go to the corner shop, so thanks 😂 Those tattoos are gonna look great in Croatia!

I had the "sugar free sweet" experience when they first appeared, I stole almost the whole pack of a colleague's sugar free polo mints... I learned a valuable lesson that day 😬. I was never really a "Sour Kid" which is ironic considering I became a bitter old man. 😂

God, you mean they still actually sell Roysters these days - they are truly horrible, or at least they were 15 years or so ago!! I don't think I'll be rushing around to my corner store to grab much from the two vids Alanna, but top marks for bravery even trying them all.

I don't miss the weird stuff sold in Corner Shops, just the shops themselves, where have all the 'Arkwright's' gone? My nearest one is actually in town and that's Polish so everything in it seems strange. I will have to take the manager of the 'offie' with me to translate, she's Romanian and is fluent in six languages. Why do Europeans, Eastern ones in particular, put us to shame with their ability to speak so many languages. Is it our 'Island' mentality?

I have two grandnieces aged 3 and 5 and when I asked what they wanted for Christmas, the answer was LOL dolls so that is what they got. As for the bubbled chips, from the description they sound like Munchos or Pringles. Instead of slicing potatoes and frying them, they are mashed and formed and then fried if that makes sense. I imagine there is lots of weird stuff I could find in Dollar Tree or Dollarama.

I've seen commercials for the lol dolls. You could do a whole video of weird disappointing gummy candy stuff. There's lots out there.
